Gardening for mindfulness
One of the ways I look after my mental health is by tending to a garden. Whether inside or outside, connecting with nature has proven benefits on your wellbeing.
I have been on a long journey looking for ways to take care of my mental health on my consulting journey. Meditation was one of the cornerstone of my toolkit.
I have now also added "active meditation" in the form of gardening. I am not a gardening expert, but together we can explore the options of building your meditation haven.
